Cancellation Policy

Although we understand that emergencies happen, we ask that you allow at least 48 hours notice when canceling your appointment. Appointments not canceled within 48 hours prior will be charged a cancellation fee. In our line of business, if we don’t work, we don’t get paid. If a client doesn’t give adequate notice, we do not have time to fill the appointment, resulting in a loss in income.
